Scanned copy of caste certificate (sc/st/obc/differently abled)
A card for online payment of Rs 200 fee for the form.
Once registered you can always login with the registered email and password set during the time of registration, to continue with form submission if not completed.Once the registration is closed you will not be able to login anymore.
For logging in click on the student login on the menu.
If you need to edit the contents of your form filled in, you can do so by logging in with the registered email id. The (red) menu button at the bottom of the screen would allow you to navigate , view and edit every single form required for registration
Form completion status would be visible throughout your form submission. At the bottom right corner you will find a (red) menu button to show you the form status and links to all the forms associated with online registration. A tick/check mark will be visible for completed forms and a form completion percentage would be visible
